MRKG 2376 – Enterprise Opportunity Analysis
A comprehensive overview of all aspects of opportunity analysis, including how to differentiate a good idea from a lucrative idea, how to analyze current and future markets for products/services, and how to develop marketing and operations strategies based on the analyses. The course will culminate in an Enterprise Plan (similar to a business plan, but with more emphasis on analysis for innovation, strategies for taking action, and being flexible as the market changes.
