CL750: Estates, Wills, and Trusts I
This course covers the law of estates and trusts as applied in California and gives a general overview of how it applies in the rest of the country. Issues dealing with the validity and revocation of wills are examined in particular, as they may affect the distribution of assets of an estate. In addition, the laws of express trusts (including creation and administration), charitable trusts, and consecutive trusts are covered.
