This course emphasizes the important roles of regulations and ethics to make financial decisions that support the organization’s overall strategic goals. Students in this course will explore applicable regulations and ethical considerations in support of fiduciary responsibilities, reviewing securities regulations, GAAP, SoX, and international reporting standards.
