SNHU MKT365 – Social Media Marketing Analytics (Campus)
This course will develop the student’s ability to analyze social media data to evaluate a company’s efforts and provide informed decisions to the company. Intensive skill building will be placed on defining social media metrics, capturing social media data, and analyzing social media data to provide informed decisions. Students will examine privacy concerns and ethical implications of capturing users’ data. Students will have hands-on experience with social media analytical tools and become certified in one of the tools.
Note: This entire class includes discussions, assignments, course projects, and exams.
