University of Maryland HLSA 765 Dissertation Proposal Development Seminar Entire Class
Designed to support doctoral students prepare their dissertation proposals and oral presentation. The course is structured around a literature synthesis and development of a modified AHRQ R36 grant application which includes developing a research question and hypotheses, a conceptual model, specific aims, background and significance, and research strategy. The importance of communicating complex ideas through oral and written forms will be emphasized.
Note: This entire class includes discussions, assignments, course projects, and online exams.
