University of Maryland HLTH 424 Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Health Entire Course

The preparation of students to be knowledgeable advocates for the health of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) populations. The course focus is defined by the Healthy People 2020 federal health objectives for LGBT populations: data collection for research, culturally competent healthcare, bullying in schools, suicide, homelessness, and sexually transmitted diseases including HIV.
