CIS 209 – Introduction to Robotics Applications (Campus)
This course provides an introduction to robots, including telepresence robots, humanoid robots, animal oil robots, service robots, industrial robots, and others. Students learn how to use robots for purposes in business, therapy, and education. Other topics include artificial intelligence, human-robot interaction, autonomous vs. teleoperated robots, existing applications of robots, and ethical and economic considerations. Knowledge of computer programming is not required.
