Mathematical methods of analyzing deterministic and stochastic biological processes from a variety of areas (including population and evolutionary biology, neurobiology, physiology, and morphogenesis). Qualitative aspects of dynamical systems are usually given as difference or differential equations. The computer program Mathematica will be used to obtain the numerical solutions to these equations.
